Detailed Description:
CGFR series full-automatic washing, filling and screw capping combined machine, whose main technique was imported from Italy, can realize to asepsis filling. Because it’s equipped with constant temperature controlling system. It can apply to fill hot fruit juice, tea and other beverage into thermal proof PET bottle by changing few parts. The complete set of machine is more advanced in technique, compact structure, it’s suitable for normal temperature filling or hot filling PET bottled no gas contained beverage (mineral water, pure water, distilled water, fruit juice, tea and so on). As well as washing, filling and capping other liquid, such as vinegar or other liquid condiments. It’s one of the most advanced filling machine at present.
It adopts the filling method of gravity filling and negative pressure backflow, which can suck the foam at the bottle mouth and quickly replenish the material when the liquid level is high, forming a high liquid level or full bottle filling. This machine is equipped with PLC and frequency conversion controller to realize automatic control from empty bottle feeding to discharging bottle and arbitrary adjustment of machine running speed. At the same time, it is equipped with a juice return tank and a circulation system to ensure that the juice does not produce any waste.

After the material is sterilized by UHT ultra-high temperature, it is sent to the upper cylinder of the filling machine through the conveying pump to maintain a certain head drop with the PET bottle mouth to be filled. The material is injected into the PET bottle through the upper pipe of the filling valve and the filling valve. At the same time, the workbench is equipped with an exhaust fan whose suction port is connected with the buffer tank. The exhaust fan is activated during filling. The air in the PET bottle is quickly sucked away through the buffer tank, the lower cylinder and the return pipe of the filling valve to form a certain amount. The negative pressure can speed up the filling speed, and when the liquid level in the bottle is high, the foam at the mouth of the bottle will be sucked and quickly refilled to form the high liquid level of the PET bottle or full bottle filling.
Hot filling requires that the PET bottle has a higher liquid level or a full bottle after filling, so as to reduce the effect of oxygen in the air remaining in the gap between the bottle mouth on the beverage quality. At the same time, the hot air of the bottle mouth material can also replace some of the air, which is conducive to the subsequent process of pouring the bottle to sterilize the bottle mouth and the inner top surface of the bottle cap to further ensure the quality of the beverage.
