Characteristics:

2. Shrinking tunnel:

Main feature

The shrinking tunnel is chosen special spray nozzle by separate stages, all the nozzles can be adjusted. According to different bottle shape, like round, square, flat bottle or cup, all of them can be shrink step by step and it can reach good effect after shrinking. The tunnel body was made by stainless steel material, it have special design with water-proof, exhaust function, so it can extend working life and easy maintenance, operating.

Based on different material/size label and different bottle shape/size, we supply two kinds label shrinking tunnel, one is heated by steam boiler and another is heated by electric heating tube.

3. Steam boiler

The water is feed into the series of whole automatic electric heating generator by high pressure potential vortex pump made of cooper with short water supply time and durable service a floating ball for liquid level is fixed in the water tank to automatically control the water inlet. The working system is all automatically controlled after connecting the water supply and power supply for 3~6 minutes , it can output the steam continuously with high working efficiency.
