Product Introduction:
Iron and manganese are present almost simultaneously in underground (well) water. When the water contains high levels of iron and manganese, the water has an iron smell and affects the taste of the water. As water for papermaking, textile, printing and dyeing, chemical and leather refinement, it will reduce product quality, molten iron can cause rusty spots on appliances, yellow or brownish yellow spots on laundry, iron and manganese deposits can also grow iron and manganese bacteria, block pipes, and sometimes red water appears. And drinking water with high levels of iron and manganese for a long time can seriously affect human health. So that water containing iron and manganese must be treated by removing iron and manganese.        

Working Theory:

The iron/manganese removing filter adopts the principle of aeration oxidation, manganese sand catalytic, adsorption, and filtration to remove iron and manganese. It uses an aeration device to dissolve oxygen in the air, and then oxidizes Fe2+ and Mn2+ in the water to insoluble Fe3+ and MnO2. Combined with the catalysis, adsorption and filtration of natural manganese sand, the iron and manganese ions in the water are removed.

Mainly used in food, beverage, papermaking, brewing industry, drinking water, geothermal engineering and swimming pool circulating water needs.

PH value:> 6.0 (when removing iron), > 7.5 (when removing manganese).
